ME
Here are some frequently asked questions that we thought would be helpful to address to 'yall.
We make batches of pedals in random colors.....I try my best to mix them up so that everyone gets as unique a color scheme as possible. The same goes for the "on" LED indicators....they are totally random and I generally stock about 6-8 colors of them and randomly pick them for each pedal. It is SOMETIMES possible to e-mail me and have me print you a certain color...I do not stock every color under the rainbow and I don't always have every color here....ALWAYS check with your retailer first to see what they got!
Artwork will change periodically on each model as well....this is to keep the Uniqueness to our pedals and to give them a certain "collectable" value.
On a side note....we do not handpaint pedals at all times. It is not possible to get them from us...you will have to find one either leftover at a dealer or on the infamous E-b@y. I will have some of the "tattoo" painted pedals once or twice yearly. There will also be other handpainted versions from local Maine artists available at certain times.
Pretty simple....I will fix your pedal for FREE if you are the original owner and it stopped working on it's own. If not, then, I will fix your pedal for the cost of parts and shipping ONE WAY....yes I will pay shipping back to you. Thanks!
We highly recommend using either a B@ss psa 9v adaptor, a V.L. pedal power plus, Burk@y power supplies, or any ISOLATED 9 VOLT power supplies. WE DO NOT recommend using "switching" supples such as @ne spots etc....to power our pedals. I have had some fail because of these supplies. I also DO NOT recommend using batteries on a Digilog delay for any long period of time. The reason being is that when the battery dies it can cause the delay to self-oscillate and it's not pretty sounding....it's ear piercing!
NO
In the past we did....We offered custom paintjobs as well as custom options on our Rabbit pedals. I do not offer this anymore. In the future however I will offer a "custom shop" rabbit pedal that will have custom clipping options per customer request! E-mail for more info and availablility kids.
No. Plain and simple....we are a two-man operation and we make pedals in VERY small batches. We cannot afford to give stuff away to every up and coming band out there. To be honest with you....all of the people in major label bands that use our pedals have been glad to pay us for them.
O.K....this is a silly one! I thought I would share it with the rest of you though....
NO..........I'm sorry man!
