Freakshow Effects is located in wonderful, warm, southern Maine. Yes...it is part of the United States despite what you may have been told....and yes, some of us have funny accents.
Making pedals is a secondary job/hobby for all of us. With this being said sometimes it can take us a day or two to get back to you....but not usually. Wait times of two weeks or more are very common for custom work. Please be patient...it will all be worth it in the end! We try to make every effort possible to make you happy!
We DO NOT sell our pedals directly to customers unless you are ordering a custom pedal of some sort.
